Yes, you can create multiple companies and also add multiple locations in each company. Each employee may be assigned to multiple locations as well.
You can reset an employee's bound device on the mobile app or at Web Admin. On PC, log into Web Admin, open [Employees], and click the smartphone icon located at the far right of the employee row. Then click [Reset Device]. On mobile, go to [More] - [Employees] - Open the employee's profile and tap [Device Reset] at the bottom.
You can deactivate an employee either on the mobile app or PC to prevent them from accessing your company. On PC, open Web Admin, click [Employees], open the employee's profile, and click [Deactivate]. On mobile, go to [More] - [Employees], open the employee's profile, and tap [Deactivate]. Deactivating does not delete the records of the employee.
The rights to manage work schedules and timesheets in Shiftee are divided into three privileges: Owner, Manager, and Supervisor. Owner has the highest level of access, followed by Manager, and then Supervisor. Owners can manage company settings, while Managers can edit shifts and attendances across all locations. Supervisors manage only the team/location assigned to them.
Yes, you can restrict access permissions. In Web Admin, open [Company Settings] and you can turn on/off the following permissions for Supervisors: [Manager PC] > [Company Settings] > [Locations] > You can restrict the authority of supervisor by checking or unchecking the checkbox of the authority to modify the team/location. In [Manager PC] > [Company Settings] > [Timeclock] > [Supervisor permission], you can restrict whether the supervisor can add/modify/delete attendances or only view attendances.
To improve coordinate accuracy, turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when you press the clock in/out button. Set your phone to 'High Accuracy' in the settings. For Android, go to Settings > Connections > Position > Location recognition or mode > Select 'High Accuracy'. For iPhone, go to Settings > 'Shiftee' app > Select 'Always'. If you see the 'Allow high accuracy' message on the Home screen, please click it.
