You can find the expiration date in the Main menu under Billing & Subscription > Account Statement in the 'Active through' tile.

All paid subscriptions are recurring. Once your current subscription period ends, the service plan will be extended automatically, and you will be charged for the next period. To avoid automatic renewal, downgrade to the Read-only service plan or request a downgrade before the next invoice is issued.

Teamwork allows users with different WebCEO accounts to access the same project with the same rights as the owner, but they log in via online.webceo.com. White Label lets collaborators log in via your own domain or subdomain, not online.webceo.com. Teamwork and White Label cannot be used simultaneously.

Check the Main menu in the top right. The option to switch to the list of team projects will be the first option on the menu.

Use Project Scan Limits to control expenses. Configure scan limits by clicking the 'User Manager' icon, selecting 'Project Scan Limits,' and setting limitations for each tool. Apply the scan limit profile to a project via 'Project settings' in the left-side menu.

Yes. In the All Projects dashboard, find the 'Actions' > 'Bulk Actions' button. You can edit project properties, change scan limit profiles, modify Rank Tracking settings, set up scan schedules, delete projects, and rescan tools.

When you share a project, the user receives the functionality of your service plan for that shared project only. Any project the user creates themselves will have the limits of their own service plan.
