The test account automatically expires after 14 days. No costs are incurred. However, all generated data will be lost unless you place a binding order for the software during the trial period, allowing you to continue with the existing data.
Billing occurs monthly in advance at the start of each month for a monthly contract with a 14-day cancellation notice. For a 12-month contract with a 1-month cancellation notice, billing is annual and for 12 months in advance.

These centers are DIN ISO/IEC 27001 certified, IT security 27002 audited, DIN EN ISO 9001 certified, CLOUD services 27018 audited, and ECB S certified. Your data are subject to strict German data protection laws.
Yes, depending on your contract, you can cancel at any time (with a 14-day notice for monthly contracts). You can export your data in XLS format before cancellation. Your data will be irrevocably deleted 3 months after the contract ends.
