To contact technical support, sign in to Pendo and select the Pendo badge in the bottom-right corner of your screen to open the Resource Center. Then, select Support and choose 'Ask a question' to start a conversation with the Pendo Support Bot.
No, only paid Pendo subscriptions include direct access to technical support. If you're on a free plan, you can chat with the Pendo Support Bot or engage with the Pendo Community for help.
Use the priority levels in the support chat to indicate the urgency of your issue. For urgent issues, dedicate resources to work with technical support on an ongoing basis. For high-priority issues, you might need to do the same.
Admins can grant support access under Settings > Subscription Settings > Pendo Support Access. This allows support agents to view subscription settings and data for troubleshooting without impacting your data or incurring additional costs.
Select 'View all support tickets' from the Support module Home to open a list of all open and closed support tickets in a new browser tab.
If you're on a paid plan and unable to sign in, you can use the request form to open a ticket for review. If you're on the free plan, use the Pendo Support Bot or Community resources for help.
