No, clients/patients don’t need a ClicknBook account to book an appointment. However, creating a booking account allows them to book more easily in the future without re-entering their information.
ClicknBook partners with Stripe to ensure secure payments. You can enable payments at booking from the Payments section of your Settings. You will be prompted to create a Stripe account to receive payments.
You can customize the address of your ClicknBook page, disable your page, share your page link, embed a booking widget on your website, display your address and contact details, customize your booking form, and set your services, pricing, and durations from the relevant sections in your Settings.
You can add weekly time slots, add one-off availability for specific dates, insert or remove slots, link specific services to each slot, and set a maximum number of bookings per time slot from your calendar.
