No, Workaway cannot arrange visas. It is your responsibility to obtain the correct visa for any country you intend to visit.
You must be 18 years old to register for a profile. Minors accompanied by their parents are accepted on some family projects.
Yes, it is possible but often more difficult to find a position. Look for hosts who also have families and use the 'Can host families' filter on the host list.
When you sign up as a Workawayer, you can access the host list and contact hosts directly for one year to offer your help. In exchange, you receive food and accommodation. You can also find travel buddies or connect with other Workawayers.
