Vikunja

You can create a task by using the input at the top of your dashboard or at the top of the list view. You can type plain text or use Quick Add Magic to set details while you type, such as due dates and priority.

Projects are used to group related work, such as personal errands, a client account, or a team backlog. Every task belongs to a project.

To collaborate, open a project and use its sharing menu. You can share with a single user, a team, or create a link share.

Each project can be shown in different views: List for a simple task list, Kanban for moving work through stages, Table for seeing lots of fields at once, and Gantt for planning work on a timeline.

For day-to-day planning, start with the Dashboard for recent and upcoming work, Dates & Reminders for due dates, repeats, and reminders, Search & Navigation for global search and keyboard shortcuts, and Filters and Saved Filters for custom views.
