Unitime University Timetabling System

UniTime is an open-source university timetabling system designed to create and manage course and exam schedules, handle changes, and minimize student conflicts. It supports distributed scheduling across departments and can integrate with existing student information systems. Originally developed through collaboration between universities in North America and Europe, UniTime is now a sponsored project of the Apereo Foundation. The system includes features for course timetabling, examination scheduling, event management, and student sectioning, with XML interfaces and add-ons for enhanced functionality.
