FAQ
Threeding's commission starts from 20% of each sale, with a minimum of $0.45 (€0.45). For example, if you sell a model for $10, you will receive $8, and Threeding will take $2 as commission.
Payments are made monthly between the 3rd and 10th day of the month, covering revenue from the previous month. You must reach a minimum threshold of $15 (€15) to receive payment.
Threeding respects your personal data and treats it in accordance with EU personal data protection legislation. Threeding is registered as a Personal Data Administrator with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Threeding accepts .wrl, .stl, .zip, and .rar file formats. Before purchasing, ensure the file format is compatible with your 3D printer.
Yes, you can cancel your purchase within 72 hours of payment if the 3D content is corrupted, not printable, or different from the description. Start a Complaints resolution procedure to request a refund.
You can reproduce the file for personal use via 3D printing. Commercial use is allowed only if explicitly permitted by the seller. Free downloads can only be used for personal purposes.
If a client reports that your model is not printable, Threeding will forward feedback to help you improve it. If the model is refunded due to unprintability, you will still receive payment for the sale, but the model will be removed.
The primary payout methods are PayPal and Payoneer. Bank wire and other methods may be available on an ad-hoc basis. Contact support@threeding.com to discuss options based on your location.
