SrediMe is a better way to find excellent beauty salons, hair salons, cosmetic salons, SPA centers, and massages, allowing you to book appointments directly at a time that suits you, with more confidence and more options.

Yes, SrediMe is 100% free. The service does not charge users for its use. All prices on SrediMe are the same (or better) as in the salons, regardless of how you book.

To book an appointment, you can search for a specific salon by entering its name in the header of all SrediMe pages. If you want to browse various salons, start from the homepage and search by city and/or type of service. You can further filter salons by many different parameters to quickly find the desired service. Once you find a salon of interest, select the service/treatment from the salon's price list, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and verify your mobile phone number. You will receive an email with the booking details once the salon confirms the reservation.

Yes, you can book multiple services by selecting all the services you want during the booking process. SrediMe will help you find optimal time slots for all of them together.

To change an appointment, go to the 'Moji termini' (My Appointments) page, select the appointment, and choose the 'Promeni' (Change) option to pick a new time slot. To cancel an appointment, go to the 'Moji termini' page, open the appointment you want to cancel, and click 'Otkaži zakazivanje' (Cancel Booking). Alternatively, you can contact info@sredime.rs with the booking number and reason for cancellation. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours in advance.

After completing a service booked through SrediMe, you can click the 'Utisak' (Review) button next to that appointment on the 'Moji termini' (My Appointments) page. Rate the salon and add a comment. Your review will be published on the salon's page, except in rare cases where the content violates the service's terms of use.

SrediMe equips salons with software to track available time slots, allowing them to update their availability independently at any time. All salons have been trained to manage their availability, ensuring that SrediMe displays all current available slots and enables real-time bookings. If you notice any inaccuracies, please report them, and the team will fix them as soon as possible.
