You can connect all your social profiles to Smart Moderation from the Page Management section of the dashboard. There is no limitation on the number of profiles you can connect.

Yes, Smart Moderation is always connected to your social networks and runs 24/7. It will never miss a comment made on any of your connected profiles and can optionally remove harmful comments in one minute or less after posting.

The AI-powered blacklist feature allows you to define custom keywords to block. Unlike static keyword blacklists, this tool detects misspelled variations of keywords and their creative spacing, making it more accurate. This feature is optional and can be set up directly from the dashboard.

Yes, you can train the AI by manually moderating comments (flagging them as 'OK' or 'Inappropriate'). The AI will learn from your actions and adapt to your unique moderation policy. This only works when using Smart Moderation in manual mode.

If you are using platform-native moderation tools (e.g., Facebook’s moderation blocklist) alongside Smart Moderation, those tools may block comments before Smart Moderation can access them. To ensure all comments appear in the dashboard, disable platform-native moderation tools.

To reset your password, visit the password reset page and submit your email address. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password immediately.
