quuxTodo prioritizes tasks by the current rate of utility to you. It calculates the hourly rate based on the estimated utility and duration. Tasks with higher utility per time get higher priority.
You can convert your account URL to a QR code and scan it on your phone. This allows you to access the same account from multiple devices.
Importing data will erase your current data and replace it with the newly imported data, even if the import fails. It's recommended to export your data first if you haven't already.
quuxTodo encrypts all data using 128-bit AES before storing it on servers. The encryption key is derived from your private URL and password (if set). Only someone with your URL can access your data.
You can configure tasks to repeat in the task edit screen. When a recurring task is marked done, it resets to zero completion and waits according to the repeat rule. Checklists in recurring tasks are also reset.
You can add tags (e.g., #work, #fun) to your tasks. When at work, search for #work and schedule those tasks. You can also configure tags to not schedule automatically during private time.
The start/stop button starts a Pomodoro timer, tracks time spent on a task, and automatically updates the task's progress. It can also log time intervals into the task description if enabled in settings.
You can create subtasks by adding a checklist to the task description. For more complex dependencies, you can add preconditions via the 'more' and 'new precondition' options. Utility flows automatically from dependent tasks to their preconditions.
