To sign up for a free trial, send your contact details to sales@quickhr.co. Our specialists will contact you within 24-48 hours to arrange a tutorial session. After the tutorial, you can request a trial account from your Account Manager.

QuickHR offers three pricing plans: Essentials, Enhanced, and Enterprise. The Essentials plan includes Employee Database, Leave Management, Claims Management, Payroll, and Reports. The Enhanced plan adds accounting software integration, mobile app access, Timesheet, Attendance Tracking, Inventory Management, and Workflow approvals. The Enterprise plan includes all features from the previous plans plus Biometric Machines, QuickHR Kiosk, Appraisal, E-learning, Recruitment, Expenses Tracking, and Feedback system.

QuickHR's data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with multi-tier encryption. All incoming and outgoing data are encrypted to prevent data leakage or hacking. Only the user company and its authorized staff can access the data. QuickHR staff and Amazon Co. cannot access the data without authorized access.

QuickHR is compatible with Windows, Mac, and other popular operating systems. The mobile application is available on Google Playstore for Android devices, App Store for iOS devices, and Huawei AppGallery for Huawei devices.

To apply for leave, go to the Leaves module and submit your request. To apply for claims, go to the Claims module, select your claims type, add details, and upload attachments. For more guidance, refer to the guide on the QuickHR portal or contact support@quickhr.co for helpdesk support from 9am to 6pm (GMT+8).

QuickHR is currently operational in English and Mandarin. However, itemized pay slips are issued in the four national languages: English, Mandarin, Malay, and Tamil.
