Pocketsmith

Once you sign up for a paid PocketSmith account, you will be billed periodically (monthly, quarterly, or annually) depending on the plan you choose. The subscription is paid for in advance.

If you upgrade from a free account to a paid plan, you will be charged the same day for the subsequent month. If you upgrade from another paid plan, you will be billed for the new plan amount on your next billing date.

If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. For cancellations after 14 days, monthly subscriptions are not eligible for a refund. For quarterly or annual subscriptions, you can request a refund for the remaining full months.

You can report a bug or leave feedback by using the 'Get help' option under the Help menu in PocketSmith. Alternatively, you can email support@pocketsmith.com or visit the Learn Center to suggest improvements.
