Mock

To cancel your Pro subscription, click 'Pro' in the header bar when logged in, then click 'Cancel.' Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will automatically cancel and you will no longer be charged.

Once Mock creates your video, you will receive an email. If the video is attached, you can download it like any other file. If it's a link, ensure you're on a desktop or laptop, then right-click the link and choose 'Save file as...' or the equivalent browser function.

Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

To avoid clipping, provide a video with the same size or ratio as the device's screen. You can find the screen size of your selected device under the Device dropdown on the Mock creation form.

Currently, Mock does not support transparent backgrounds in videos due to limited browser support for video transparency formats. The MP4 format used by Mock does not support an alpha channel.

Each device requires a specific video ratio to fit properly. If recording directly from your device, the video should already be in the correct format. Otherwise, check the screen dimensions under the Device dropdown on the Mock creation form.
