Delete and re-install the game using Launchpad, reboot your Mac, then reinstall from the App Store. Your purchases and progress should not be lost if you follow these steps.
Log out of the Mac App Store, reboot your Mac, then log back in. If the issue persists, delete and re-install the game using Launchpad, log out of the App Store again, reboot, log back in, and reinstall from the Purchases tab.
Create a 'Kristanix save account' on the 'Options' screen. Use the password provided to log in on your other devices. Note that in-progress puzzles are not yet synchronized.
Start the game, go to the 'Options' or 'Upgrade' screen, and tap on the 'Restore purchases' button. You may need to log in to your account. If it doesn't work, try the steps mentioned in the 'Purchase/restore fails' section.
Turn off and restart your device. If the issue persists, try deleting and re-downloading the game. If it still doesn't work, contact support.
Start the game, tap on 'Puzzles', select the pack and puzzle, then adjust the settings on the puzzle setup screen before tapping 'Play'. Note that changing settings requires restarting already started puzzles.

All puzzles are 100% logically solvable. Check for incorrectly placed numbers using the 'Highlight invalid numbers' option in the 'Options' screen. For Killer Sudoku, ensure both the Sudoku and math parts are solved correctly.
