You can cancel your subscription or update your payment method from the subscription management page. To open it, use the Manage subscription link in the footer of the website or from the IGdm Pro app menu under Your Subscription.
Your license is valid on one machine at a time. When you activate on a new computer, you will be asked for a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email, which automatically disconnects the license from the previous machine.
Scheduled Messages require you to keep the IGdm Pro app running to work. If your computer is off or the app is not running at the scheduled time, the message will not be sent until you open the app again.
For most users, proxy servers are not needed. IGdm Pro connects directly to Instagram's servers using your computer's IP address. However, if you are logged into over 10 Instagram accounts simultaneously, consider using a unique Proxy address for each account.
No, automations do not run when your laptop is off or when the IGdm Pro app is closed. The app needs to be running for any automation features to work. However, IGdm Pro will resume from where it left off when you launch the app again.
By default, IGdm Pro sends 50 messages daily. However, you can increase this limit to as high as 100 messages. Each message is also separated by random delay intervals to mimic human behavior.
You can open the team management portal from the website using the Manage Team link in the footer or from the IGdm Pro app menu under Your Subscription. If you're on a Team plan, you'll see a Manage Team button that opens the portal.
