Spaces are typically private and invitation-only. You need an invitation link from a Space Administrator or a direct invite via email. Click the link or accept the invite, then create your secure Civic Loop account. If you didn’t receive an invitation, you can request access by clicking the link when choosing that Space.

The universal foundation is built on Respect, Relevance, and Stewardship. Members must engage in good faith, stay on topic, and contribute constructively. Harassment, hate speech, commercial spam, or deliberate misinformation are not tolerated.

Yes, Civic Loop is fully responsive and works seamlessly on mobile browsers. You can receive notifications and upload photos directly from the field.

Moderators are designated from the member base for day-to-day moderation. An automated bad words filter screens content for slurs, extreme profanity, and harmful language. Flagged content is reviewed by Space Admins for context before any action is taken.

You do. Organizations and members retain full ownership of their intellectual property and contributions. Civic Loop is the platform provider and does not claim ownership over your discussions, documents, or media.

On the login page, click the 'Forgot your password?' link. Enter the email associated with your account, and you’ll receive instructions to reset it. If you no longer have access to that email, contact the Administrator of the Space you’re trying to access.

Yes, Space Administrators can apply custom branding, including your logo, color scheme, and banner imagery, to make the Space feel like a true digital home for your community.
