Access to trading or holding positions on BitMEX is prohibited for any person or entity located in or citizens/residents of the United States, Québec (Canada), Hong Kong, Seychelles, Bermuda, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, or any embargoed jurisdiction by the U.S.
If HDR determines a user has given false representations about their location or detects a user from a Restricted Jurisdiction, HDR reserves the right to immediately close their accounts and liquidate any open positions.
