Yes. The Bellabeat online store accepts payment through PayPal, Amazon Payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay where available. For US residents, payment in installments is available with Affirm.
To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions based on how you signed up. If you used the website bellabeat.com, fill out this form with the email used. If you signed up through the App Store, follow the instructions provided. For Google Play, use the instructions for Android. Note that subscriptions cannot be refunded if not canceled before the charge or renewal, and cancellation is possible up until 24 hours before the charge.
Depending on the destination of your order, sales tax may be calculated and charged. The sales tax will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address have been entered during checkout.
Yes. For credit card verification, you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If you do not, your payment may be rejected or unable to fully process.
You can cancel your order within 6 hours from the time of purchase by filling out the contact form. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been processed and prepared for shipment.
