You don’t need a GitHub account to use Zenhub. However, you can only access all of Zenhub’s features when connected with a GitHub account. Without a GitHub account, you can still view high-level roadmaps, track epics and projects, and create Zenhub Issues.
You can contact Zenhub support by emailing support@zenhub.com or visit their public portal to leave feedback. When reporting a bug, include steps to reproduce and screenshots to help them fix it quickly.
The Zenhub extension is available for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. The Zenhub web app is also available for Safari and mobile. They support the latest three versions of these browsers.
Zenhub uses industry-standard encryption (AES 256-bit) and integrates with GitHub’s OAuth system. They do not access your GitHub credentials or read your code, branches, or issues. Zenhub has achieved SOC 2 Type II certification, validating their security controls.

You can still access GitHub in its original form, and your information will be saved safely. However, Zenhub features will not be displayed until you install the browser extension.
