To reset your password, go to www.paycor.com, click Sign In, skip the username and password fields, and click 'Forgot your Password?' Then follow the on-screen instructions.
Log into Paycor.com, hover over your profile icon, select Profile, click the Pay & Taxes tab, then Pay Stubs & Tax Docs. You can view or download pay stubs from there.
Your W-2 will be available online within four days of leaving Paycor's offices, around the same time you receive a physical copy in the mail. If you don't see it by January 31, contact your employer's HR administrator.
Your HR or payroll administrator must first grant you access to edit your direct deposit information. Once granted, go to Profile Summary, click Pay & Taxes, then Direct Deposit Accounts to update your details.
Your administrator will send you an email invitation. Follow the instructions in the email, which may involve onboarding or direct registration. If you're a new hire, follow the Onboarding Instructions.
You can visit the Paycor Support Center to chat with a live advocate, track cases, or access the Knowledge Base. For phone support, call 855-565-3285 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET for payroll or 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET for other products.
Tap the Paycor app, sign in, tap Pay, select a recent check date or View All Paystubs, and then tap PDF to download or view the pay stub.
Click 'Contact Us' from the home page, and your client ID will be displayed at the top of the Contact Us screen.
