Yes, you can order lens inserts for your prescription before production. Instructions for purchasing these will be provided when you are ready to provide your shipping and tax information.

Before production, you can cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund minus the payment processor fee. After production, you can return your undamaged Visor device within 30 days for a full refund of the initial membership fee, less return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

No, Visor does not have built-in speakers. Most users are expected to use their laptop's native audio with preferred earbuds or headphones.
