FAQ
Download the Traverous mobile app, log in or register, then press Record and Start. The app uses GPS to track your location, and you can turn off WiFi or data after starting.
You must travel at least 10 meters to create a travel journal video. There is no limit on the maximum distance you can record.
No, this option is not available in the free account. You need to upgrade to a Premium account to upload your own music.
After clicking Stop to finish recording, go to the Details tab on the next screen. There, you can review and remove photos or videos before uploading.
A Premium account allows you to pin unlimited photos/videos, upload your own music, get a premium badge on your profile, access priority customer support, and enjoy an ad-free experience.
Some devices have battery optimization features that may prevent Traverous from running in the background. To fix this, add Traverous to the whitelist in your phone's settings. Instructions for various brands like ASUS, HUAWEI, SAMSUNG, and others are provided in the FAQ.
Click the share button on the Travel Journal Video and then select Download. The video will be saved to your phone, and you can find it in your file manager or play it directly from the notification.
