Teamup Calendar

The calendar administrator can change the payment method and update billing details in the calendar settings. Open Teamup in a browser, go to Settings > Subscription, scroll to the Billing section, click Update Billing Address, enter the new information, and then Save.

Teamup provides a bulk export feature to easily export calendar data, including events, event signups, and/or event comments to a file. To use the bulk export option (available only to calendar administrators), open Teamup in a browser and go to Settings > Export Events.

If you have accidentally deleted calendar data (events, sub-calendars) or even your entire master calendar, Teamup Support may be able to help recover the data. Contact Teamup Support right away for help as they only store deleted data in their system for a limited time period. Please be ready to provide the calendar name, link, and a description of the missing data.

Only the account user can manage or change their user information. On a browser, log into your user account, click the avatar in the top right, then click Profile. Click into the Name field, type in the desired name, then Save. At the bottom of the Email section, click Add Secondary Email. Follow these steps to set a different primary email and remove the old email address if needed.

To reset the password for your user account, use the reset link on the login page, on a browser or on the Teamup app. If you are not receiving the reset password email, check your spam inbox as the emails can end up there. Double-check that you have the correct spelling of your email address in the reset password form. If you go through these checks and still can’t access your account, email the support team.

The settings on a Teamup Calendar are the 'control center' for the calendar. They are only accessible in a browser to authorized calendar administrators. To access the settings, open Teamup in a browser and click the blue menu (top right), then click Settings.
