Yes, we offer free shipping within the USA and EU on orders placed via the website.
Yes, but you'll need to request a custom quote by contacting us via email or chat. Specify the product, quantity, and shipping destination.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, and wire transfers (ACH/ABA for USD, IBAN for EUR).
Yes, for orders placed via the website within the EU or USA, import fees and customs duties are already included. For custom quotes outside these regions, duties and fees will be specified.
For EU customers, you must provide a valid VAT number for reverse-charge purposes. Otherwise, a 19% VAT will be added. German orders automatically include 19% VAT.
After placing your order, you'll receive an email with instructions. You'll need to provide your logo in a vector format (SVG, AI, PDF, EPS) by replying to the email.
You can cancel your order if it hasn't gone into production. Once items are branded with your logo, returns or refunds are not accepted. For issues, contact artiom@dashinsky.com.
