Street Invoice

You can add a logo to your invoices by going to Settings, selecting My Companies, choosing the company you want to edit, and tapping the Pencil Icon. Then select a photo from your device. Street Invoice supports BMP, JPEG, GIF, and PNG formats. The logo will be scaled down proportionately to a maximum of 3cm by 3cm.

From the Street Invoice Home Screen, touch Invoice, then touch the plus sign to begin creating a new invoice. Select the customer, add items, enter details like quantity and price, and save the invoice. You can also send it directly if the Send Invoice option is checked.

Street Invoice allows you to accept credit cards through Stripe. Your customers can pay from their computer or mobile device when they receive your invoice email. The Stripe fee is 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge, with no monthly fees or hidden costs.

You can import individual customers from your mobile device's contacts by tapping Customers, then the plus sign, and selecting 'Select from Address book.' For bulk imports, download the Customer Import template, enter your customer data, and email the file to support@beontrac.com. There is a limit of 300 customers per account.

On the Street Invoice Main Screen, touch Items, then the plus icon to add a new item. Enter a short name, description, category, and set whether it is taxable. You can also set a cost (for Pro users) and add prices for different price levels.
