Our company hours are 9am Eastern - 7pm Pacific Monday through Friday and 12pm Eastern to 5pm Pacific on weekends. We also offer free night of event support that extends to the end of your event, even if it falls outside our normal hours.
We provide checklists for events one month or one day away to keep you on track. Additionally, you can use our printable quick reference cards and video tutorials for common tasks.
Built-in help is available throughout the site. Click the help icon anywhere you see it for task-specific assistance. You can also use the Google-assisted search feature or the Help button at the top of any screen to find procedural help docs.
For urgent help, dial 408-583-4880 and select option 3. This line is available for crises even after hours.
