You can create a ScoreCloud account by clicking the Registration button in ScoreCloud Express, when starting ScoreCloud Studio, or directly on the web.

Go to the Reset Password Page and enter your email or username. If you’ve lost both your username and password, contact support@scorecloud.com.

Make sure you have a ScoreCloud Account and are signed in to the same account on all devices. In ScoreCloud Express, sign in using the Login button. In ScoreCloud Studio, synchronize by signing in using the icon next to 'Cloud Collections' in the navigator.

Sign in to your ScoreCloud account on my.scorecloud.com, go to Account Settings, click Cancel under Subscription plan, and then click Confirm. Cancellations are effective the following billing cycle.

Sign in to your ScoreCloud account on my.scorecloud.com, go to Account Settings, click 'Change Email', and verify the new registration by clicking the link sent to your new email address.

Sign in to your ScoreCloud account on my.scorecloud.com, go to Account Settings, click 'Close Account', and follow the instructions. Alternatively, email support@scorecloud.com with a deletion request.

For Mac OS X: Mac OS X 10.8 or later, minimum 2 GB RAM. For Windows: Windows 7 or later, minimum 2 GB RAM. Any MIDI device compatible with your system is required for MIDI input.

To reduce latency, ensure you don’t have too many RAM-consuming programs open, avoid playing very short successive notes, use an external soundcard, or try using your keyboard’s built-in sound output.
