Flexi Stay is designed for short-term stays with a minimum duration of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. Regular Stay is suitable for long-term stays and is applicable for bookings over 121 days.
You can raise a ticket via the RentMyStay Android/iOS app, email help@rentmystay.com, or contact the support team at 9035750377 (10:00 AM - 06:00 PM).
The flat includes basic amenities like a geyser, wardrobes, kitchen essentials, bedroom furniture, and hall furniture. Additional items like bedsheets, pillows, and blankets are provided only for Flexi Stay customers.
The minimum stay duration is 1 month for Flexi Stay and 121 days for Regular Stay.
Move-in time is 01:00 PM and move-out time is 11:00 AM. If you move out after 11:00 AM, one day's rent will be charged.
You can book a flat by deciding the area, choosing between Flexi or Regular Stay, selecting dates and guests, checking the amount, providing your details, and making the payment. A booking amount of Rs 5,000 is required to confirm the booking.
You can cancel your booking by emailing contact@rentmystay.com. The cancellation terms are outlined in the Cancellation Policy, which you can refer to for detailed information.
You can pay your rent or dues by logging into your dashboard, going to 'My Stay' > 'Invoice' > 'Pay or Update UTR ID' > selecting the payment method. For online transfers, email the screenshot to contact@rentmystay.com.
