The role involves owning inbound support, responding quickly to customer inquiries, solving problems clearly, and ensuring every customer gets the right outcome fast. You'll handle inbound questions, quality issues, flagged shoots, human edit requests, and account-related problems, and route issues correctly.
AutoHDR is looking for someone fast, sharp, calm under pressure, and great with people. You should be able to think clearly, communicate well, use judgment, solve what can be solved, escalate what needs escalation, and always leave the customer feeling taken care of.
AutoHDR is an AI real estate photo editing platform that launched less than a year ago and already edits 25% of U.S. real estate listings. They are building a category-defining product and looking for people who want to help them scale it fast.
Bonus qualifications include having worked in customer support, operations, or a fast-paced SaaS environment, having experience in real estate media or real estate photography, having experience handling quality control, escalations, or technical support, and having used AI tools to improve workflows or automate repetitive work.
