About Recess
Recess is a lightweight Mac application designed to remind you to take short breaks during long work sessions. It helps prevent eye strain, stiffness, and fatigue by encouraging you to step away from your screen at scheduled intervals. Customize work and break durations, track your progress with statistics, and ensure you stay refreshed without disrupting your focus.
