FAQ
You can top up your credit balance by selecting a top-up amount and choosing a payment method. Payments are processed securely by Braintree, a PayPal company. Supported payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
Credits work like prepaid mobile plans. You top up your balance, and it gets consumed as you convert articles into audio. Listening to the same content again is free and can be done from the History page while logged in.
The pricing plans are as follows: 2 Hours for €5 (€2.5/hour), 5 Hours for €10 (€2/hour), 12 Hours for €20 (€1.6/hour), 20 Hours for €30 (€1.5/hour), 28 Hours for €40 (€1.42/hour), and 37 Hours for €50 (€1.35/hour).
To use the text-to-speech feature, type a web address or upload a file by dragging it or clicking on the upload icon. Then press the play button to convert the text to audio and start listening in a few seconds.
Your listening history is available in the History tab. You can replay previously converted articles from here for free while logged in.
Every day you use the website, you receive a daily gift of 60 seconds of credit, which resets at midnight UTC.
Bookmarks allow you to save articles for later listening. However, listening to bookmarked articles is not free and will count against your daily limit and any purchased credits.
