To sign up for your own business, click the Sign Up button at the top right of the ProPay website. You will see the available pricing tiers to select, and the process should take a few minutes to complete. If you are working with a company partnered with ProPay, visit their website to apply after logging in to your account with them.
ProPay customer service is available by phone, live chat, or email on weekdays between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. MST.
If you forgot your password, click 'forgot password' after entering your username. You will be prompted to answer two security questions and enter your Social Security Number. If correct, you can create a new password. If you don’t have challenge questions set up, your account will lock, and you must call customer service at 866-573-0951 to unlock it.
You can process a credit card using the Online Terminal, by sending an Email Invoice, through the ProPay App on your smartphone or tablet, or with a ProPay JAK Mobile Card Reader. Each method has specific steps outlined in the support documents.
You can check your balance by logging into your account online or through the ProPay App for Apple or Android devices. Alternatively, you can call the automated phone line at 888-497-9776 and follow the prompts. You will need a phone access PIN, which you can create in your account settings.
To request a card, log into your account, go to My Account --> My Profile --> Change Options, check the box indicating where you want to receive the card, and click 'Submit.' Ensure your address information is correct before requesting the card.
Log into your ProPay account and select 'Transfer Funds --> Transfer Funds to My Checking Account.' If you don’t have a bank account on file, you will be prompted to add one. Enter your checking account information and submit the transfer. There is a small fee for this service.
Immediately call 800.365.7816 from within the U.S. or 801.717.2527 from outside the U.S. to report a lost or stolen card. There is a $4.95 fee to replace the card, and the service is available 24/7.
