FAQ
To start your party, play your party playlist through the Spotify app with your device connected to the room or venue's sound system. Share a link to the website and your party access code with guests so they can view, add, and upvote songs.
Ensure your Spotify player is not sorting the playlist by any column (e.g., song, artist, album, length, date added). Remove sorting by clicking the column header until the green arrow disappears.
Make sure you've started playing the party playlist by opening it and double-clicking the first song. Double-clicking the playlist in the side-menu won't sync updates. If issues persist, email team@populrr.com.
No, only the party host can play the playlist via Spotify. Guests can view the playlist, add songs, upvote, and see the current song but cannot hear the music.
Email team@populrr.com within 36 hours of your purchase, and they will refund your order if you're not fully satisfied.
Each party guest can vote once per song every 8 hours.
