To manage or cancel your subscription, go to the store for your platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store). You can access the store through the Store button in the PlayScore mobile app or directly from your device's app store. On Windows, click the Start button, select your profile picture, choose My Microsoft account, and then click Subscriptions.
Refund policies vary by platform. For Apple iOS, you can apply for a refund by searching 'Apple report a problem' in your browser. For Google Play, email support@organumconsulting.com within a week of purchase. For Windows, sign into your Microsoft account, go to your order history, find the purchase, and request a refund.
