When you import photos using iTunes import/sync or iCloud sync, your transparent PNG file may be converted to a non-transparent JPG file. This issue has not been fixed since iOS 13. To avoid this, use AirDrop or download the PNG images from a weblink.

You can upload images of any size to PicWish. If the image is less than 2048x2048 pixels, no compression occurs. If the image is 2048x2048 pixels or larger, it will be automatically compressed on the online platform and PicWish app. To avoid compression, use the desktop version and set the output size to 'Original resolution'.
