W-2s will be available to admins and employees on January 3, 2026.
Log in to Paychex Flex, go to Tax Documents, click the PDF icon to View All, select the tax document, and click View PDF.
Ensure you are logging in to paychexflex.com. Use Google Chrome or Firefox for the best experience. If you forgot your username or password, click Forgot Username or Password.
Open the PDF in Google Chrome, select Print, choose your printer, set Paper Size to Letter, select Fit to Printable Area, and click Print.
If your former employer had an active Paychex Flex account in 2025, you may access your 2025 W-2 online starting January 3, 2026, by logging into Paychex Flex.
Paychex truncated SSNs on paper W-2s for 2025 to protect employee information. The full SSN is available in Paychex Flex.
Paychex Flex admins can view a list of employees who consented to online-only W-2s, depending on their admin role.
Inform your service professional by 4:00 PM local time on December 31, 2025. Additional mailing fees may apply for reprints.
