FAQ
UK companies can pay by Direct Debit. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. You can also pay by cheque or bank transfer. For Enterprise customers, we can invoice you against a valid purchase order.
No, we do not. Our credit card payments are powered by Stripe, a worldwide provider of secure credit card processing. OpenCRM does not see your credit card number and we do not store credit card details anywhere on our internal systems.
OpenCRM can integrate with a wide range of external applications, including Microsoft 365, Google, Xero, Sage, Zapier, and Jotform, just to name a few.
All of our systems are based completely in the cloud, meaning that you can access them from any internet-connected device or computer. The data, system, and software to run the system are all held and run from our servers, all of which are located in the UK, as are all back-ups and back-up servers. Our long-term hosting partner is AWS (Amazon Web Services).
The data centres, which hold our and your data, are all based in the UK. They are all ISO 27001 accredited, the security standards used by banks and other financial service organisations, so you know your data is secure. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on the 25th May 2018.
Once you fill out the Online Sign-up or e-Sign a sales order (sent to you by one of our Business Development Team), you can expect to receive your system and the login details within about 30 minutes.
Yes. You own your data and as an Administrator can export your information at any time. If you decide that OpenCRM is not for you, for whatever reason, we provide a full MySQL database backup as part of the termination process.
We offer a number of Professional Services, including Training, Configuration, Bespoke Development, Data Import, etc, that are there to ensure your system fits your needs and that you feel confident using it. You can, of course, carry out your own configuration and data import if you prefer.
