The A64-OLinuXino is an open-source hardware board designed for embedded Linux and Android applications. Orders are typically shipped within 3 working days. However, 90% of orders paid before 10:00 AM local Bulgarian time are shipped the same day, and those paid after are usually shipped the next working day.
If your order was shipped via a trackable method, check the tracking number on your shipping invoice. If it wasn't trackable, ask colleagues or neighbors if they received it by mistake. If the package is still missing and uninsured, Olimex cannot be held responsible.
While Olimex ships thousands of parcels by AIRMAIL annually with few losses, lost or stolen packages cannot be replaced or refunded if the shipment was not insured.
