You can set automatic dunning actions in My DSO Manager to maximize punctuality and effectiveness. This includes sending emails, SMS, and various types of mail. You can automate both collection scenario actions and specific actions.
Go to Settings / Manage collection scenarios. Click the action you want to automate, and then check the box 'Automatic action'. By default, automatic actions are 'to be confirmed', meaning the collector must confirm it before it is sent. If you uncheck 'Automatic action to be confirmed', the action will be 100% automatic.
For an automatic action to be sent, the customer must have a contact for collection set. If not, My DSO Manager will display an error message. You can update the customer sheet to select the contact or use the contacts upload file. Additionally, the sender of the automatic email is the collector associated with the account, so ensure customer accounts are correctly assigned to a collector.
Yes, from the tab 'Settings - Manage collection scenarios - Settings', you can determine the days and time slot for sending automatic emails.
If the items are cleared before the action date, the action will be canceled. The action will only be executed automatically if the items are still not cleared at the date of the action.
