You need to earn the minimum withdrawal amount to place a request. Payments to Workers are sent twice a week, every Wednesday and Sunday. All payments are made in USD.
No, maintaining more than one account is against Microworkers' Guidelines. If caught, your account(s) will be terminated, your IP address(es) will be banned, and payments will be forfeited.
You can modify your username by sending a support ticket via your account in Microworkers and requesting the modification.
KYC Verification is a process to verify your identity. You need to upload a valid ID (such as a Passport, Driver’s License, National ID Card, or any Government-issued ID Card) along with a Selfie image and a Selfie with your ID for validation.
You can view your account transactions by clicking the Account tab. To see your earnings, click on the 'Transactions (all)' link. For withdrawal history, click the Withdraw tab from the top menu.
If you believe you were misrated for a properly completed job, you can submit a complaint by clicking the 'Submit a Complain' link on the task details page. Microworkers will review your claim and credit your account if necessary.
