You can complete the online support form if you are a current client with a non-urgent request. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate group, and response times vary as some groups work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Reach us by phone at the Service Desk (919-248-4100) or email ServiceDesk@mcnc.org if you need urgent and immediate assistance. For network connection issues, contact the Network Operations Center (NOC) at 877-GO-NCREN (877-466-2736).
Complete the online Fiber Service Request form. Please submit fiber requests at least 17 days prior to the requested work start date. MCNC will reply to your request within 3 business days, and associated fees may apply.
MCNC's authoritative DNS servers are ns-01.mcnc.org (152.45.127.1) and ns-02.mcnc.org (192.101.21.1). The recursive servers are 152.45.127.33 (ns-resolver-01.mcnc.org), 192.101.21.33 (ns-resolver-02.mcnc.org), 2600:2700:f00:10:: (IPv6), and 2600:2700:f00:11:: (IPv6).

Have your source/destination IPs and Ports ready, as well as any time/dates to aid in troubleshooting. Vendor documentation can also help if this is a new request. Note that changes outside the M-F 1p-3p change window may require special coordination.
