Mapbox offers three support plans: Individual, Business, and Premium. The Individual plan costs $50 per month and includes technical support tickets with a 3-day response time. The Business plan is 10% of your monthly spend (minimum $500) and offers faster response times and additional features. The Premium plan is for strategic partners and includes dedicated support, private collaboration spaces, and emergency response within 30 minutes.
Subscribers of paid support plans can submit a technical support ticket through the web form. All accounts can request help with non-technical issues, payment problems, or rate limit increases via the Accounts & Billing form.
