Simplify thin client management with LTSP's efficient netbooting solution

About LTSP

LTSP (Linux Terminal Server Project) streamlines the management of diskless clients by allowing them to netboot from a single template installation on the server. This approach makes maintaining multiple clients as straightforward as managing one PC. The project was completely redesigned in 2019 to support modern technologies like systemd, updated desktop environments, Wayland, and UEFI. LTSP automates the configuration of essential tools such as iPXE for network booting, DHCP servers for IP assignment, TFTP for file transfers, and NFS or NBD for serving client images. It also supports user authentication via SSH, SSHFS, or LDAP and provides writable overlays for temporary client sessions.
