No, there are no additional fees. However, if you choose to use online payment, there is a small handling fee paid to the operator.
Yes, attendees can change their data or cancel their registration on their Attendee’s Profile if the registration is open. This cannot be done if the registration is closed or if the attendee has been accepted for a Paid Event.
Yes, you can customize confirmation emails by going to Event settings and selecting the Confirmation email tab.
Your data is highly secure. Konfeo does not use your attendee’s database for its own purposes, and your database is your personal protected property. Data is backed up every 3 hours, and the system can be restored within 60 minutes in case of a failure.
Yes, you can add your personalized graphics by going to Events settings and then the Registration page tab.
No, there is no limit to the number of attendees or events you can organize. You can limit the number of tickets/seats anytime by setting a Global ticket limit or individual limits for each ticket/group.
You can place the event registration form on your website by going to the Form menu, clicking on the Integration tab, copying the code, and pasting it on your website. The widget will automatically adjust to the width of your template.
You can manually delete attendee data at any time. If not deleted manually, the system will automatically delete the data 180 days after the event ends, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
