For iOS, tap the 'everyone' icon in the upper left corner, then select 'add' a child. For Android, open the left navigation bar and choose 'add' a child.
Yes, you can set up separate accounts for each parent. Once one of you registers as a parent, invite the other as 'dad' or 'mom'. You will each have your own username and password, and both can add keepies to the same kid.
Keepy is a totally private platform. Only you and your invited fans can view the memories you save and organize with it.
You can invite them as a 'fan' by opening the right navigation bar (Android) or tapping the 'gear' icon (iOS), choosing 'add a fan', and then selecting 'from my contacts' or 'enter email address'. Add the requested information and hit 'save'.
Your Keepies are always backed up in our server. As an extra service, you can auto-sync your account to Dropbox. To link your account to Dropbox, set up a Dropbox account, open your Keepy, go to 'Settings', >'link to Dropbox'.
Keepy offers several pricing plans. For your local pricing, please check the App Store or Play Store.
From your device’s home screen, tap 'Settings' then 'iTunes and App Store'. Click on your Apple ID and sign in if necessary. Tap 'View Apple ID', 'Subscriptions', then 'Manage'. Choose Keepy and slide the auto-renewal icon to 'off' to ensure you will no longer be charged.
Launch the Google Play Store app. Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on the Keepy app. Tap 'Cancel' and 'Yes' to confirm the cancellation. Now, the status of this Subscription has been changed from Subscribed to Canceled.
