Instaread

We offer a 7-day free trial when you sign up for a subscription on our app or website.

If you sign up for a trial on your Apple or Android device, you will receive an email from Apple or Google confirming the start of your free trial, the subscription plan you signed up for, and the date the trial ends. If you signed up on our website, you will not receive a notification.

The cancellation process depends on where you subscribed. For iOS, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Manage under Subscriptions. For Android, open the Play Store app > tap the hamburger icon > Subscriptions > select Instaread. For the website, log in at instaread.co > click on Membership > edit your subscription plan.

If you sign up on our website, you can use Credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If you subscribe through the mobile app, payments are handled by Apple or Google via In-app Purchase.

Contact Customer Support through our Contact Us Form, provide your email address associated with your subscription, and specify why you are requesting a refund. You have 30 days from the date of payment to qualify for a refund.

You can use your subscription on up to 4 devices. If you subscribed with In-app Purchase on an iOS or Android device, the Apple and Google ID needs to be the same on all devices.

To change your password, log in to our website at instaread.co, click on Account, and under Security, click Update Password. To change your email, log in, click on Account, and under Details, click Change Email.

If you would like for us to delete all information associated with your account, please email us at hello@instaread.co with the email subject 'DELETE ACCOUNT'. Deleting your account is an irreversible action.
