No, our support team (60+) is located at the Infinite Campus national headquarters in Blaine, Minnesota. However, you can also choose to work with our many Channel and ESA partners across the country for local support.
Live phone support is available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST. We also offer 24/7 on-call hosting support for outages. Authorized Contacts can submit a help case online at any time using our Portal.
Live support is unavailable on Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. On-call hosting support is available on holidays.
Security is a priority. When you call, Support verifies your information to ensure cases are started with an Authorized Contact. Private information is not provided to or site changes made for non-authorized callers. Data change requests are confirmed in writing with the Authorized Contact.
We send surveys for every closed case, but you will receive no more than one survey every 30 days. You can opt out of surveys. Surveys rate service in areas like courtesy, technical skills, timeliness, quality, and overall experience. Results are used for staff coaching and service improvements.
