Before starting any collaboration, our engineers will analyze your situation based on an initial briefing and document as much information as possible. This documentation will serve as the base for the future collaboration and will continue to evolve during the lifetime of the contract.
The support services include ticketing management, remote support, maintenance tasks, license management, computer park inventory, computer renting, usage monitoring, and patching & updates. The scope of these services will be defined and documented before the start of the collaboration.
The pricing is fixed based on an estimation of the number of tickets created by your staff and is re-evaluated every 6 months. If your company creates less than 80% of the estimated number of tickets, the pricing will be decreased for the next period. If more than 120% of the estimated tickets are created, the pricing will be reviewed and increased.
Yes, we can optionally include security awareness trainings for your end users, deploy endpoint protection solutions, and provide a cloud-based antispam-as-a-service solution as extra services in your end user support program.
Your end users will get access to our extranet where they can add questions, exchange with our experts, and follow up on the status of their ticket. Our team will help them and keep track of the tickets.
After the scope definition and documentation of procedures, our team will start the take-over of the end user support for your IT environment. From that moment on, your end-users will directly contact our support service whenever they have any issue.
